A Guide To Reduce Crow's Feet And Dark Circles Around Eyes

Dark circles and crow's feet are a very common beauty complaint, and rightfully so, because both of these make you look a lot older than you actually are and they stand out like a sore thumb. If you can just get rid of these blemishes, it will make a huge positive difference in your overall appearance. Many people do not know how to get rid of dark circles or crow's feet, and some may think it is impossible. However, there are some simple steps you can take to clear up these things.

1. Protect Yourself From The Sun

The sun is possibly the single most damaging force to your skin, and it will speed up aging very rapidly. A very effective and proactive way to slow down aging is to always protect yourself from the sun. Wearing sunglasses is a great way for protecting the skin around your eyes, and you should always wear them when you are out in the sun. Make sure the lenses are large enough to cover all of the delicate skin around your eyes. Now, even with sunglasses, you should still wear a good sunscreen. Look for a wide spectrum sunscreen that protects against UVB and UVA. Consistently protecting yourself from the sun will go a very long way in helping you stay young longer.

2. Exercise Regularly

By exercising regularly and sweating, you are allowing your body to naturally flush out toxins and clean your pores. Lethargy is known to amplify dark circles and speed up aging. You don't have to be on an Olympic bodybuilding program or anything like that, just make sure to move around regularly.

This YouTube Video will explain how to use these methods to reduce dark circles and crow's feet.

3. Drink Lots Of Water To Stay Hydrated

Lack of hydration causes your skin to dry out, which accelerates aging, and produces dark circles. Be sure to drink plenty of water every day. This will help prevent your skin from drying out. When you skin is full of moisture, it has a plumping effect that reduces or eliminates the appearance of fine lines from your skin. Try to drink a gallon a day, but no less than a half gallon.

4. Always Moisturize

When you are drinking water to keep your skin hydrated, you need to be able to maintain this hydration. Moisturizing your skin is very important, as it will help retain moisture and protect your skin from drying out. You want to consistently use moisturizers on the skin around your eyes to keep it looking younger. Look for moisturizers that are specifically made for this skin, since what you are using on the rest of your face might not be suitable.

If you apply these methods consistently, you should see results. They can work, it just takes some time and needs to be done consistently. Try to apply these methods every day if you can without missing any days, and you should see a big difference after 2 months. 2 Months because the skin cycle last about 28 days, meaning it takes about 28 days for a change in the skin's appearance to become apparent. And some people need to go through 2 cycles to really get the full effect.
